MSCA Mission Statement
Minnesota Soccer Coaching Academy (MSCA) is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization that educates youth soccer coaches across the state of Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Our mission is:
· to educate youth soccer coaches;
· to increase the number of youth soccer players;
· to increase the retention-rate of youth soccer players; and
· to improve the level-of-play of youth soccer.

The purpose of the blog is to provide insight on various coaching topics ranging from player development to team management. 2012 MSCA Spring Coaching Clinic
Thank you to everyone who helped make the 2012 MSCA Spring Coaching Clinic such a huge success. The day was full of field sessions that touched on all areas of player development. Sessions focused upon the techincal, tactical, physical and psychological aspects of soccer.
